I think Tom Holland is just the perfect Peter Parker and Spider-Man, so I’m very excited. I just need to be a fan again, which is my preferred position, to be able to sit in the audience and just say, ‘Yeah, you expired, mate, you did not do it as well as you could. “I’m becoming the guy who’s just like, ‘Yeah, I do not really like the suit.’ [laughs]”

At this stage of the match, the audience should not be surprised to hear Garfield turn off the rumors of an appearance in the country Spider-Man: No Way Home, but it’s nice to hear his love for Holland’s portrayal of the character. Although Garfield’s films were not critical loves like Holland’s, his perception of the character received ongoing critical acclaim for the realistic and emotional approach to the character, as well as the return to the funny persona that the comics know. Since he got his proper entry Spider-Man: Homecoming, the audience also fell in love with Holland’s performance because he captured his awkward teenage years and a mixture of mind and emotions.

At the throw-in The Amazing Spider-ManGarfield regularly discusses his love of comics and the desire to stay true to the source material, making his humorous remarks about a purist heckler sitting in an audience for Spider-Man: No Way Home increasingly funny and understandable. Although he does not specify his feelings about Holland’s suit after the joke, it is interesting to note that it comes shortly after the current Spider-Man criticized Garfield’s portrayal of his use of web shooters that “does not really make much sense. “Even if Garfield’s hurdles are a bit of a sting in Holland, his anticipation is just as great as the audience for Spider-Man: No Way Home while it hits theaters on December 17th.
