Season 32 of The Simpsons will begin streaming on Disney + on September 29, just three days after the premiere of season 33.
Season 32 of The Simpsons is scheduled to start streaming on Disney + from September 29th. The Simpsons debuted in 1989 before becoming a cultural phenomenon during the 1990s. The show follows the Simpson family and the colorful residents of Springfield. With the popularity of the series, it became the longest running program in history, with 34 Emmy Awards and even an Oscar nomination for their short film, The longest daycare. Season 33 premieres later this month on September 26 on FOX, and this will be quickly followed by the debut of season 32 on Disney +.
Disney + recently shared a trailer to announce the arrival of season 32 on the streaming service. With the addition of season 32, the total number available Simpsons episodes streamed on Disney + will reach 706. In addition, Disney + will also start offering users Simpsons avatars that they can apply to their accounts. These avatar options will include the Simpsons themselves, Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie, while also offering some other favorites from Krusty The Clown, Ralph Wiggum and Dr Hibbert. In addition to the 32 seasons available on the streaming service, Disney + also offers The Simpsons Movie and several Simpsons shorts, such as the Star Wars-inspired The power awakens from its nap. The most recent Simpsons short, The good, the Bart and the Loki, was released on Disney + earlier this year with the fifth episode of Marvel’s Loki series, with Tom Hiddleston even briefly voicing the character. Fans of The Simpsons can re-watch their favorite episodes from season 32 when it hits Disney + later this month.
